Lughter is evocative. I laugh more at myself than at anyone laughable person.It is an antidote to pain.

There's another one with John Cleese in it talking about how the body doesn't really know the difference when it is fake laughing and laughing for real. Often, just getting started will turn into real laughter anyway.
