There is no need to force a higher tax on the wealthy, they collectively pay billions to avoid taxes, in a failed attempt to create stability... So the solution is to tax the willing, implement a voluntary 10% tax increse with a 10 year fixed rate.... As this is what the wealthy and the markets desire, stability... Everyone who does not want the incresed fixed rate, suffers along within the old system of buying very expensive, unrealible, political favor...
